Open all year round, we generally operate Saturday to Saturday bookings during peak season (May to September inclusive). Shorter stays will be considered.

Our standard weekly rate is from £1260.00 - £1400.00 per week (£180.00 - £200.00 per night) with a premium rate applicable over the festive period, festivals, events etc (details on request).

Central Heating is provided from Lerwick District Heating Scheme.  Radiators are in every room and can be adjusted according to your preference.  Electricity, bed linen, towels and dishtowels are included in hire.

Fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms including a double and single.bbIt is decorated and furnished to a very high standard with everything you need to enjoy your stay.  With a lovely garden (and garden house to use) at the back, you can make the most of the summer sun even when you are situated in the heart of Lerwick.
